    As of v1.6.0, the Ring CLI (ring command, cli/ directory) is not published in the public GitHub repository. It remains available for Ringdom internal operations only (gitignored).

    What to use instead

    install.sh (recommended)

git clone https://github.com/connectplatform/ring.git
cd ring
./install.sh

    scripts/setup-dev.sh

    Development environment wizard from project root:

    bash
    
./scripts/setup-dev.sh

    scripts/setup-env.js

    bash
    
npm run setup:env

    scripts/run-migration.sh

    PostgreSQL schema + kingdom migrations — see Migrations.

    Deprecated public docs

    Older docs referenced:

    bash
    
npm link
ring --version
ring deploy prod

    These steps apply only to enterprise checkouts that include cli/. Community developers should use Self-hosted deployment.

    Enterprise / Ringdom settlers

    Contact ringdom.org for managed deployment, K8s manifests, and Legiox-assisted customization.
